At Off Memo, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
